Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
 Under the direction of the Customer Service Team Manager, the primary objective of the Customer Service Agent is to answer customer's accounts and billing questions and complete simple transactions to add or change features of the customer's account. This position does not entail up selling.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four-year degree course or has equivalent work experience
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

With typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Willing to work shifts
Conversational English proficiency is required to interact both internally and externally.
Must be able to readily move from task to task and be able to make quality decisions on the fly.
Agents should have good written, verbal and telephone skills to communicate complex language and situations into layman's terms. Must also communicate proficiently in Telephony terms to internal and external contacts.
Work in an organized and efficient manner and do so independently with little to no supervision.
Require premium technical problem solving ability.
Should be able to work quickly through multiple systems, screens and to memorize detailed processes specific to product and billing/provisioning hierarchy.
Need to be able to learn and retain information to put into action with a minimum of training environment/lecture exposure.
