HR Director
LWS Media is a leading global provider of IT consulting, creative development, internet marketing, & call center services. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and versatile HR Director to handle all aspects of recruitment and management of all HR duties.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all recruitment and hiring of personnel.
Responsible for all of the human resource programs and functions in the department and establishing the strategic direction of HR programs and practices of the company
Coordination with concerned department heads for Personnel Requisition Forms, ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed prior to commencement of any recruitment activities.
Directs the human resource management functions including recruitment, personnel selection, staffing, classification, development and training, organizational development, employee relations and compensation practices.
Supervises the HR department by developing performance plans, developing employees, monitoring and evaluating employee performance and providing corrective action when necessary.
Develops and monitors the budget and other resources assigned to the department.
Coordination with concerned department heads for Personnel Requisition Forms, ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed prior to commencement of any recruitment activities.
Resume database management including pooling of candidates for anticipated recruitment requirements of the client.
Implementation and monitoring of referral program for internal employees.
Agency relations and program management for the casuals and regular staffing requirements of the client.
Program management, interviews and selection of candidates, and facilitation of job fairs for the client's OJT program
Conduct of initial interviews, screening and short-listing of candidates from the resume database and endorsements from headhunting agencies.
Endorsement and coordination of interview schedules, screening and selection feedback with line managers/supervisors, and Recruitment Manager and/or HR Director, as may be necessary.
Facilitation of pre-employment requirements including driving test and medical exams for selected candidates.
Coordination with service provider for the background investigation of selected candidates.
Coordination with Compensation Manager and Recruitment Manager for the job offer / salary offer of qualified selected candidates.
Documentation and preparation of 201 file of hired candidates.
Conduct of new hire orientation.
Monitoring and documentation of the regularization of hired candidates.
Coordination of separation process including sending out of letters, scheduling and conduct of exit interviews.
Preparation and organization of trackers, reports and monitoring for the step-by-step recruitment process implementation.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Law or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably assistant manager / managers / senior managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must be highly competent and knowledgeable in HR practices specifically for BPOs or call centers
Candidate must also be flexible to working graveyard shifts
