HR General Services Manager
LWS Media is a leading global provider of IT consulting, creative development, internet marketing, & call center services. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and HR professionals to handle all aspects of compensation and benefits and other HR duties.
Responsibilities:
 The HR General Services Manager is responsible for all human resource activities for the company. This position will provide support and guidance to the senior management team and staff in all facets of HR.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to seek out, manage and influence opportunities for continuous improvement and change.
Ability to ensure that the highest standards of quality and customer care are achieved.
Understanding of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Knowledge on the industries HR best practices.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
