Senior HR Labor and Policy Manager
LWS Media is a leading global provider of IT consulting, creative development, internet marketing, & call center services. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and HR professionals to handle labor issues, policy making and implementing and other HR duties.
Responsibilities:
 The Senior HR Labor & Policy Manager is responsible for all Labor activities for the company. Provides legal advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. This position coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. The Senior HR Labor and Policy Manager makes sure LWS Media adheres to all Philippine Labor Laws.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and delegate.
Understanding and knowledge of the Labor Code of the Philippines.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
2 full time positions available day and night shift.
