HR Sourcing Manager
LWS Media is a leading global provider of IT consulting, creative development, internet marketing, & call center services. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and HR professionals to handle all aspects of recruitment and other HR duties.
Responsibilities:
 The HR Sourcing Manager is responsible for tapping different area’s or medium for LWS Media to acquire candidates for different positions required by internal and external clients. The HR Sourcing Manager will be expected to maintain an ongoing pipeline of candidates utilizing creative sourcing strategies, networking, and eRecruiting methods.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Up to date with the industries Recruitment best practices.
Strong recruitment and compensation background required.
Customer Service skills.
Negotiation skills.
Knowledge of procurement, purchasing systems and contract negotiation.
Strong team skills required.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
