HTML/CSS Web Developer
LWS Media, leading global provider of consulting, technologies, solution, and services is looking to broaden our team with the addition of a developer focused on presentation (HTML, CSS).
Responsibilities:
 You will be directly responsible in implementating and testing developed presentations on HTML and CSS
You will be converting graphical designs into web pages
You will be working on highly stylized websites
Requirements:
Must have extensive experience converting graphical designs into web pages
Must have experience with DOM, & JavaScript
Must be very knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, & AJAX
Must be detail-oriented and thorough in designing, coding and testing.
Must be able to provide and explain samples of previous work
Must have significant experience with web development
Must have adequate experience handling RoR based websites and applications [Handled at least One RoR project]
Must have MySQL Development skills
Must have excellent Flash development skills
Able to do Test Driven Development, with emphasis on the presentation layer
Expert Familiarity with Subversion Source Control
Experienced in deploying RoR projects
Experienced in Linux/Unix operating systems
Experienced developing UI tests
Successful applicants must be able to handle workday overlaps in US areas within the Eastern Time Zones (UTC-5), and would be a great role for someone who has had extensive experience handling RoR and web design with a further desire to deepen his or her knowledge and skill base.
