Outbound Sales Representative
LWS Media, a premiere US offshore partner in the Philippines, is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, intelligent and self motivated individuals to join outbound sales team. Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will perform Outbound Telesales contact into the US market exclusively. Candidates must introduce themselves, describe the benefits and advantages of the client's product of services, probe for customer needs and close the sale.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree graduate/2nd year level; preferably Business, Banking & Finance or Economics major
Willing to work on shifting schedule/graveyard.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Excellent command of the English Language, both oral and written.
Computer literate with above average typing skills.
The candidate will be responsible for directly interfacing with our clients/customers, in providing superior customer service, sales and support via phone.
Spanish speaking candidates preferred but not required.
At least 6 months minimum experience in outbound accounts.
Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills inside and outside the organization
Applicants with prior experience and proven track record in sales and telemarketing and/or customer service experience are preferred.
The candidate must have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS BEING TRAINED.
Experience in supporting US-based campaigns an advantage
