PERL Programmer
LWS Media, premiere US offshore partner in the Philippines is looking for highly motivated senior software engineers to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities:
 You will have as much responsibility as you demonstrate desire and capability to handle.
You will help us develop highly customizable websites based on our platform technology.
You will have direct responsibility for the design and development of a number of Internet-based applications required in our business.
Specifically, you will have the opportunity to work on UI-intensive customer-centered web applications.
Requirements:
5+ years software development experience with Perl and 2+ years of OO Perl coding experience.
1+ year/s of RDBMS experience in a Unix/Linux environment (schema design exp is ideal) MySQL experience is a plus.
Holds a degree in BSCS/EE or equivalent
Good skills in object-oriented design and working with complex data structures
Prior experience building software applications that demonstrate a level of development versatility and creativity along with sensitivity to user interactions, workflow, and application performance (this is not just a scripting position)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - demonstrating the ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical concepts, ideas and details to technical and non-technical individuals
