LWS Media is a leading global provider of IT consulting, creative development, internet marketing, & call center services. We are looking for an intelligent, enthusiastic, and HR professionals to handle all aspects of recruitment and other HR duties.
Responsibilities:
 The Senior HR Recruiter responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to LWS Media internal and external clients. This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates and advances the LWS Media brand across the BPO, IT and other professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the LWS Media selection process. The Senior HR Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large. A wide degree of creativity, short and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization are required.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Up to date with the industries Recruitment best practices.
Strong recruitment and compensation background required.
Applies recruitment principles, practices and laws including sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement.
Skilled in behavioral and other interviewing techniques.
Ability to provide high-level customer service required.
Strong team skills required.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
