Adam Shaffer

A twenty-four year veteran of the direct marketing, computer and technology industry with a diverse business background, from CEO of eCOST.com, a computer and electronics eCommerce company which went public in August of 2004 and merged with PFSweb, Inc. in February 2006, to Executive Vice President of Micro Warehouse, an international, publicly traded company with $2.5 billion in revenue, 3,200 employees, operations in seven countries and integration of over 18 acquisitions, to the founding of the direct marketing start-up, Safety-911. Has also invested in and advised start-up companies in the technology, direct marketing and the Internet space and is a limited partner in Angel Investors, L.P. I & II.

Anthony Layug
President
Anthony Layug is a talented Creative Director in both the print and web environments and Internet entrepreneur. With over 10 years of experience in web development, web design, and eCommerce platforms, Anthony has managed the creative and technology groups in many large companies and also started up several of his own creative and consulting ventures.
From 2001-2007 Anthony was the Creative Director for eCOST.com, Inc., a publicly traded Internet eCommerce retailer with sales of over $200 million. He created the eCOST web platform and the web site that the Company used to run its business on.
From 1999-2001 Anthony managed the creative group for PC Mall/Mac Mall, a one billion dollar publicly traded technology supplier focused on consumers, and large and small businesses in the United States and Canada.
Currently, Anthony is the Co-Founder and President of LWS Media Limited, a consulting and services company focused on direct marketing, Internet and technology businesses in the United States and Europe.
Raymond Jamin
Vice President of Technology
Raymond Jamin has been involved in technology projects for the past 10 years. He has taken up various roles, most of which have been focused on technology research/consulting, web development, education/training, project management, and business development.
From 2002 to 2007, Raymond was the CTO and later on Vice President for GoVida Studios, a US-based technology company focused on web projects like e-learning. During this time, he has been involved in projects for governments, private corporations, academic institutions, and international organizations such as the Earth Council Geneva and the United Nations. In relation to these projects, he has deployed interactive, multi-language online learning management systems and courseware to a global audience.
He was a faculty member at the University of the Philippines from 2002-2006, where he taught several information technology courses. Raymond was also a contributing writer for PC Magazine Philippines from 2005-2007, and a consultant systems analyst for a countrywide, government technology project in 2001. He has also attended and delivered presentations at a few international conferences and has a few published white papers.
Raymond is currently the Vice President of LWS Media Limited, a US-based company providing various consulting, direct marketing, technology, and creative services to various clients in North America and Europe.
Mike Weller

Mike Weller has served as a director of eCOST since October 2004. He is the founder and a director of Loyalty Ventures, Inc., a supplier of online behavioral marketing platforms, and has served as its President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2000. Prior to joining Loyalty Ventures,, Mr. Weller was the Vice President of E-commerce at Schoolpop, Inc., an online retailer that utilizes everyday purchases to establish nontraditional fundraising programs for schools and nonprofits. Mr. Weller was employed with Schoolpop, Inc. from April 1999 to September 2000, where he was responsible for establishing and overseeing all online and offline partnerships and managing the development of the e-commerce website. From November 1998 to April 1999, Mr. Weller served as a senior consultant to Netscape Communications Corporation, where he helped develop and oversee the deployment of core e-commerce strategies for the Netscape website.
Peter Godfrey

Peter Godfrey is an entrepreneur, angel investor, board member and advisor to start-up companies. Since 1975 he and partners Felix Dennis and Robert Bartner have co-founded numerous magazine publishing ventures including Maxim, Stuff, Blender, The Week, MacUser, Star Hits and numerous licensed publications including Star Wars and Star Trek magazines.
From 1987 to 2000 Peter was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Micro Warehouse, Inc., (MacWarehouse) a leading direct marketer and catalog retailer of personal computer products with worldwide sales in 2000 of $2.5 billion. Peter, Felix and Bob co-founded Micro Warehouse in 1987, took the company public in December 1992 and sold it to a private investment group in January 2000. Micro Warehouse had 3500 employees in 13 different countries.
From 1970 to 1975 Mr. Godfrey was President of Marshall Cavendish USA Inc., a UK based publisher of numerous European periodicals in the United States and Canada.
